Be aware that the Church maintains and enforces
a “No Counterfeit Goods” Policy
at the Balmain Market
Prior to occupying a site, new stall-holders will be required to sign a formal statement that they are NOT intending to sell counterfeit merchandise.
It is the policy of St Andrews Congregational Church and the Balmain Market that stall-holders shall not offer for sale any goods or services featuring Trade Marks that are not legally affixed or displayed with the merchandise.
If information is received that a particular stall-holder is selling counterfeit merchandise the Market Manager may report this activity to Law Enforcement, Australian Customs or the Trade Mark owner or Licensee for appropriate legal action.
St Andrew’s Balmain Market. in its sole judgement, reserves the right to evict or deny stall privileges to any vendor who St Andrew’s Balmain Market believes has violated, or is likely to violate, this Anti-Counterfeiting Policy.
